SLBFE has established a framework for the interested parties to conduct training and skill development programs in order to increase the capacity of prospective migrant workers for the emerging market. Further, it aims to explore collaboration opportunities to create skilled pool for the prospective migrant workers and jointly contributing and supporting the recruitment of Sri Lankan skilled workers in to global market.

Under this initiative customized vocational training courses have been implemented targeting the care giving and Hotel sector employment amongst others. Provide training for basic English knowledge since it is essential for foreign jobs.
