Welfare Division

Provide Insurance Compensation

  7. A special medical report in the case of disability if the claim is for return airfare, in addition to the other documents the air ticket and disembarkation card are also needed In the case of a death (Certified two copies document by the Justice Peace should be submitted.)
  8. Passport, National Identity card, Birth certificate, medical reports on death and death certificate of deceased. Documents issued by the Sri Lanka.

Counter Human Trafficking Division
